Web Site Woes!!
With out getting into the juicy details of it, our plans of a new website fell thru and I am scrambling for another option. This is a key piece to business, we understand and I'm sorry it has been such a long unresolved situation.
In the mean time here is our basic information for contact info and hours:

Hours:
Monday - Friday
Phase 2 WOD times:*7:00am, *10:30am, 3:30pm, *4:30pm, *5:30pm, 6:30pm
Phase 3.0 times:*6:00pm to 8:00pm
If it is a weekday Rest Day, * indicates the open WOD times.
Saturday and Sunday (rest day Sunday = closed)
Phase 2 WOD times:9:00am, 10:30, 1:00pm
Phase 3.0 times:Sunday 11:30 -1:00pm
